German design delivered remotely, filed by a licensed local architect of record in your jurisdiction, with on-site presence at the milestones that matter.

Architektenkammer
STATUTORY CHAMBER OF ARCHITECTS
A public-law regulator, not a trade association. It keeps the register of architects; only those entered in it may use the title and submit a building application.
Bauantrag
FORMAL BUILDING APPLICATION
A prescribed set of documents filed with the building control authority, signed by an architect entitled to submit it. A foreign design office cannot file in its own name.

We work with chamber-registered architects (Architektenkammer NRW) and engineers experienced in large-scale projects, including airport infrastructure. We deliver design, technical due diligence and construction supervision to German standards (Eurocode, DIN), as your single contract partner, responsible for the result.
Our delivery model is built for international clients: BIM-based remote planning from Germany, a licensed local architect of record in your jurisdiction, and on-site presence at key milestones. Fixed-fee packages per project phase keep budgets predictable.
