Yankhoba Momodou Osterholzer
Founder and managing director. He brings clients, designers, specialists and capital to one table and makes sure meetings turn into decisions.
Yankhoba Momodou Osterholzer founded Alpha Quadrat in Wuppertal in 2026 and runs the company together with Lazaros Amperidis: he as managing director (Wuppertal Local Court, HRB 37161), Amperidis as authorised general representative and the architect professionally responsible. His part in the office is the commercial and organisational side: structuring projects, bringing the parties together, preparing decisions. The legally protected services are the responsibility of Lazaros Amperidis, Dipl.-Ing. architect.
Alongside project organisation he and his team develop Alpha Quadrat's own checking tools, from invoice and change order review to the expert report generator. That Alpha Quadrat was admitted to the programmes of NVIDIA, Microsoft and Anthropic in 2026 is the verifiable part of this work: these programmes check beforehand whether a company really builds its own software. The regional daily Westdeutsche Zeitung reported on this work on 16 September 2026 (in German).
He started out in road construction, with his own hands. Several years in the United States followed, building up and leading teams and locations. His way of working comes from that time: high pace, client focus, and the attitude that a problem is worked until a solution stands.
He knows both ends of a building site, the person who decides at the top and the person who lays the bricks, and meets both with the same respect. References and evidence on specific projects are shared in a personal conversation, not on the website.

Lazaros Amperidis
Lazaros Amperidis is an architect and member of the Chamber of Architects North Rhine-Westphalia. He brings project lead experience from large-scale projects, including large and complex schemes where he led larger design teams. He is currently training as an expert for damage to buildings, extending Alpha Quadrat's expert report and building defect assessment.
At Alpha Quadrat he is responsible for the legally protected services: permit design, building applications, changes of use and technical assessments are produced under his direction and carry his personal signature.

Alpha Quadrat works with Prof. Dr. Silke Schönert on selected questions and projects in project and multi-project management. She is professor of project management and business information systems at Rheinische Hochschule Köln, director of the master's programme in project management and founder of the Institut für Projektmanagement-Exzellenz. She connects research with practice: with methods, technology and an eye on the people and organisations that carry projects.

Jörg-Peter Heinisch
Bau-Ing. (FH), Ing. (grad.) Bauwesen (German civil engineering degrees). Managing director of Talplanung UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Velbert. The person for the site when the building keeps operating while the works go on.
Jörg-Peter Heinisch has been running construction sites for more than 25 years: residential and commercial buildings, industrial buildings, municipal buildings. His focus is projects where operations must not stop: hospitals, schools, care homes. There, site supervision decides whether schedule, hygiene and fire safety work together.
He comes from the trades, bricklayer, concrete worker, carpenter, and then studied civil engineering. That combination makes him valuable to us: he reads a bill of quantities and a wall with the same precision.
His scope goes beyond the site: quantity take-off and bills of quantities, support in procurement with price comparison and award recommendation, site supervision with measurement, invoice and change order review against contract and bill of quantities, and aftercare until the end of the warranty period. He has delivered work stage 9 in full on state properties, which is exactly where most bidders for the state's framework contracts fall short.
For Alpha Quadrat he takes on, as cooperation partner, site supervision and deputy project lead in existing buildings, from procurement to acceptance and beyond. Alpha Quadrat remains the client's contracting party.

Alpha Quadrat works as a coordination office. The core stays deliberately lean: short paths, fast answers, one contact. For each project we assemble the right team from a permanent network of registered partner architects, specialist engineers and fire safety and inspection experts, many with references from large-scale projects up to airports.
Then there is the next generation: for surveys of existing buildings, measured surveys and the digitisation of building records we work with students and graduates of the technical universities in North Rhine-Westphalia. That keeps our services affordable and brings current knowledge from teaching straight into your project.
We do not name people from our network on the website. You meet them in a personal conversation, with references and credentials for your specific project. Discretion is part of the craft in our industry.

German projects are designed by several disciplines at once.
One point that regularly surprises clients from abroad: in Germany the architect does not carry the whole design. Structure, fire safety, building services, building physics and surveying are separate professional disciplines with their own evidence obligations and their own liability. On public projects they usually have to be procured separately as well. We assemble and coordinate them for your project.
Structural design
The structure decides economics and feasibility early. Working in a network means the structural assessment enters the first design options, not the finished scheme.
Building services and energy design
Heating, ventilation, sanitary and electrical installations determine running costs and eligibility for funding. An energy concept brought in early holds the regulatory requirements and the life-cycle costs together.
Fire safety
A workable fire safety concept in the early phase prevents expensive redesign during the permit procedure. In a network the evidence is coordinated with the design and the structure rather than submitted afterwards.
Surveying
Dependable data on the existing site and building is the basis of any design. Site plans, measured surveys and setting out, at the accuracy the design and the works actually need.
Building physics and acoustics
Thermal performance, moisture protection and sound insulation decide comfort and freedom from defects. The evidence secures the details before they are built.
External works
Outdoor space is part of the use value, not the leftover area. Access, drainage, quality of stay and maintenance effort are designed in from the start.

Two of the world's largest technology programmes admitted Alpha Quadrat in September 2026. Both check beforehand whether a company builds its own software.

Where your building documents are processed.
This question comes up in every tender and every data protection concept. It deserves an answer with location, provider and contract. You choose the route, we stick to it and write it into the offer so it is on the procurement file.
The standard route for our checking tools is Amazon Bedrock in the AWS region Frankfurt am Main (eu-central-1), encrypted in transit and at rest, under the AWS data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses. We name the services used for your commission in the offer, with provider, region and contractual basis.
If a client requires that documents do not leave the country, we process them in Microsoft Azure data centres in Germany. We have access through our membership of Microsoft for Startups.
For particularly sensitive matters we check within the client's IT or on a server in Germany that you provide or approve. Then nothing leaves your network, and you keep control over access and deletion.
If you do not want any machine pre-check, you get the classic review by our architect, on paper or as a PDF. Then no language model comes into contact with your documents.
On request we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with you, with a list of technical and organisational measures, deletion periods and named sub-processors.
We do not release our clients' documents for training language models. We work with services where this is contractually excluded. After completion we delete after the agreed period.
Results prepared by machine are labelled as such. Every review is released by an architect registered in the list of architects, who stands behind it with name and chamber number.
And what we do not claim: we do not operate our own data centres or our own language models. We operate the procedure, the review and the responsibility for it.
